Senior citizens are an underserved segment of consumers in most community-supported agriculture (CSA) operations. This project will conduct market research to try to increase membership among senior citizens in CSAs. Modified CSA models will be created and tested based on the market research. Outreach will be through a guide, a web site, and presentations.
