    Proposal summary:

    Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) operations have evolved in response to the successes and failures of single-farm CSAs. This project will document how the Local Harvest CSA in New Hampshire and cooperative CSAs elsewhere are organized and operated. Outreach will be through the publication of this book and presentations.
